As a part of their design challenge, I was tasked with creating Instagram post for a campaign "Things people actually say on Live chat". The design had to follow their brand guidelines, and be bold and funny.
I studied the social media account of Superchat, and their competitors Zendesk, Intercom to see the language and communication style, and used actual chatbots to see what kind of responses are being generated.
